Weevo HR is a Belgian HR consultancy that helps organisations grow by developing people, teams, and business processes. Working with companies across Belgium in both Dutch and French, Weevo supports everything from individual coaching and management development to full organisational transformation.
Before Willow, nothing was consistent
Amber Wijnsouw joined Weevo as Talent Partner and Project Manager, with marketing added to her plate. Social media was part of the job. The setup she inherited wasn't working.
Weevo had been paying €2,600 a month to an external marketing agency. The result: sporadic posts, no clear strategy, no visibility into where the budget was going. CEO Tom Vlieghe had lost confidence in the partner. The pages existed and content was posted occasionally, but nothing was consistent.
Building the rhythm
Weevo started with Willow in August 2024. Amber took ownership of the content: writing posts, coordinating the calendar, gathering photos or designs. The collaboration gave structure to what had been ad hoc — a regular posting cadence, content built from Weevo's own expertise, posts that actually reflected who they were.
The LinkedIn page went from occasional and inconsistent to publishing multiple times a week, in Dutch, French, and English. But the real test came in the autumn of 2025.
Four months without Amber
Before going on parental leave, Amber and Kjell from Willow planned the entire content calendar through February 2026. Posts scheduled, topics mapped, visuals prepared. Her colleagues only needed to add occasional ad hoc updates.
The rest ran itself.
Over those four months, October 2025 through January 2026, Weevo HR published 26 posts on LinkedIn without missing a week. The best-performing post of the year landed right in the middle of that period: a team gathering photo from December that hit a 46% engagement rate.
Amber came back to a page that had kept going.
Back, and building further
Amber returned in early 2026 and picked up where she'd left off. By June, the calendar was planned through the end of August, with ambitions to keep building into autumn.
Weevo has since adopted Willow Create, generating content in both Dutch and French to feed their bilingual LinkedIn presence. A colleague handles French validation; Amber coordinates the rest. The content now draws from Weevo's existing materials — presentations, internal expertise, website copy — and comes out as ready-to-publish posts.
The business impact is already showing. A sister company reached out to Weevo to request a training, having seen their posts on LinkedIn.
What the numbers say
From sporadic bursts to a page that runs on its own.
Since starting with Willow, Weevo's LinkedIn following has grown from 8,042 to 9,150 — a 13.8% increase. Their target was 15 to 20%; they're closing in, with content that's still building momentum.
For Amber, the bigger shift is peace of mind. She can plan months ahead, she can delegate, and she can even go on parental leave again.
