From San Francisco over Ghent to wherever's there's wifi.

Willow was originally founded as Contento in San Francisco. When our founders moved back to Belgium, we became a strong local alternative for social media management. But we're not tied to one or two places. Our remote-first policy allows us to recruit the best talent from around the globe. And our Belgian employees can escape the bad weather whenever they feel like it.

Founder's Note

At Willow, we believe social media should be simple and accessible for all boutique-sized professional service providers. Coming from an SMB-family myself, I don't just care intellectually, but also emotionally. These businesses are the engine of our society. They create the bulk of the jobs, add value to our economy and build social cohesion.

In today's day and age not being on social media as a business is missing out on growth. But the problem is that social media has been left inaccessible for way too long. Too expensive, too time-consuming and too complicated. And that's exactly what we are changing.

With Willow we remove the hassle of social media management. At the core of our offering sits a intuitively powerful social media tool, complemented by our bonafide social media experts. That unique combo of tech + human really sets us apart in our space. We offer the efficiency and effectiveness through our tool and the white-glove service and coaching through our experts.

Our approach focuses on consistency, authenticity and the unique DNA of a business, as these are the real drivers of social media success. It's the DNA that attracts and retains the talent, charms and convinces the client, and carves out the brand.

We are here to help, so don't hesitate to reach out.
