How to solve issues with your X connection
If you can't connect your X account with Willow, follow these steps to solve the issue.
If you're experiencing frequent disconnections with your X account or facing issues with posting, this guide will show you how to improve your connection.
Check the connection to Willow
X rarely has issues with connecting accounts. Therefore, if you're having issues we'd suggest ensuring that the connection is visible.
To do this:
- Go to your list of permitted services
- Here, you should see a list of all the services that have access to your profile:

- If Willow is not available in this list, please try making the connection again.
Check that your account is not suspended
Suspended accounts on X are slightly more common than on other platforms.
Accounts that have been previously suspended may also face restrictions when adding integrations, but this is not a common problem.
