What can I expect from my social media coach

Our social media coaches/customer success managers are here to help you succeed on social media.

Onboarding

Your social media coach will help you get started with Willow. They will also help you define a social media strategy and help you jump the first few hurdles.

Regular checkpoints

Depending on your plan, you'll have monthly or quarterly meetings with your social media expert to zoom in on your performance of the previous time period and discuss the coming months.

Ad-hoc support

We're always there for you. Got any urgent questions about Willow, social media, or your content? Just open up a chat in the bottom-right corner of your Willow Home or send an email to your coach. We also have weekly open office hours for ad-hoc support.

Streak maintenance

After years of social media coaching, we've noticed that consistency is the number one factor for success. That's why we strive to make sure every customer with a dedicated coach schedules at least one post per week. When needed, our coaches jump in with reminders and suggestions.
