For Introduce, social media had to support their positioning as a high-end HR partner without becoming overly complex or disconnected from who they are. The goal wasn’t to outsource communication, but to create a clear structure that would allow them to manage social media internally with confidence and intent.

Compared to their first year with Willow:
- Impressions grew by 10.92%, reaching 98,178
- Engagement rose by 13.92%, with 8,585 interactions
- Followers increased by 13.72% (from 7,951 to 9,042)
They achieved this by posting no fewer than 118 times. They used carousels, videos, GIFs, and job visuals to test what works best for them and to keep their followers engaged. Link tracking allowed them to learn from their experiments and see which job posts attract the most interest via social media.
