652,000+ Impressions Across Six Brands: How Colorclub Scaled Social Media with Willow
Colorclub used Willow to unify and simplify multi-brand publishing, unlocking stronger results while keeping content quality high across every chann
Colorclub isn't your average marketing agency; They're a team of brand experts who connect people with powerful, memorable brands through curiosity, imagination and enthusiasm. With a belief in the power of Moment Marketing, they use storytelling, concept creation and events to help brands shine at exactly the right moment.
As it goes with many creative agencies, Colorclub's visibility (and that of their clients) depended on having a system that could handle volume, quality, and consistency. They really needed a tool to post on 17 different accounts and reduce the workload.
So in August 2023, Brand Manager Ashley Galeyn reached out to Willow via LinkedIn. She was curious. Could this platform help them better manage their social media content across so many brands? Could it help them stay on top of everything without creating chaos?
The answer, as it turns out, was yes.
Scaling content across 17 social media pages without scaling stress
Colorclub started using Willow in August and quickly adopted it across 6 brands and 17 company pages on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram. From event venues to experience companies to their own agency page, the needs varied. But the goal was the same: stay top-of-mind with content that reflects each brand’s identity.
“My favourite part of the tool is the fact that you can easily post on linkedin as well as meta.” Ashley Galeyn
Ashley took the lead, working closely with Willow’s customer team to make the platform part of Colorclub’s daily rhythm. When new interns or hires joined, they were onboarded into the platform with ease. In fact, one intern in November 2023 messaged ahead of their first day, asking if we could show them the platform so they could dive right in on their first day. We duly obliged.
What Colorclub can do now that they couldn’t before
- Manage 17 brands with a single, intuitive tool
- Get support to train and onboard team members (and even interns)
- Run multi-brand storytelling at scale without losing identity
- Track what’s working and adjust based on real data
Also need to manage multiple brands without the mess? Willow doesn't only make it doable, but enjoyable for brands like Colorclub andFieldside.
From creative vision to measurable results
In the past 12 months across all the company pages, these were the results:
- 652,972 total impressions (+56%)
- 48,855 engagements (+31%)
- 3,259 new followers
- 28,612 total audience size across 17 brand pages

But behind the numbers, each brand told its own story.
Brand Spotlights
Handelsbeurs Antwerpen
As a heritage-rich event venue, Handelsbeurs Antwerpen needed to maintain prestige while staying relevant in the now. Colorclub helped them keep their social channels active year-round, with tailored content that matched their cultural tone.
With Willow, they could lean into event-driven moment marketing, build anticipation, and keep the brand visible, even in the quieter seasons. And the results are nothing short of impressive.

The Arena Group
For The Arena Group, the impact was dramatic. In just one year, they saw a 194% increase in impressions and a 176% boost in engagement.

This kind of growth showed how strategic planning and timely publishing (supported by Willow’s scheduling tools) could turn consistent posting into brand momentum.
Colorclub (the agency)
Colorclub also invested in their own brand visibility on LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram. Using Willow, they regularly shared campaign highlights, internal culture, and behind-the-scenes creative work.
A few standout posts:
- A LinkedIn post introducing a new team member earned 420 engagements and 11% engagement rate.
- An Instagram campaign launch for ABN AMRO reached over 8,700 impressions.

People make the platform work
Ashley Galeyn was at the heart of the Willow rollout. She coordinated onboarding, worked closely with Willow’s success team, and kept things running smoothly across brands.
But change is part of agency life. In late 2025, Ashley prepared to hand over control over the social media channels. Lindsey Desmet, who arleady worked as sales manager for The Arena Group, will now take care of the socials. With Willow’s support, she’s ready to bring Colorclub to new heights in 2026.
