From a blank page to a polished presence, Triniti Solutions transformed its social media with Willow’s coaching and AI tools. Rick and Danny Zwart co-founded Triniti Solutions to help businesses with digital solutions and powerful custom software. But as a digital-first business they were lacking a strong presence on social media.
"We were great at helping other businesses go digital," Rick says, "but our own online visibility? That was a blank page."
With no LinkedIn, Instagram or Facebook presence, Rick and Danny faced a challenge most founders know well: how to put yourself out there when you're not sure where to start with social media.

Rick and Danny began small with three coaching sessions from Willow. They were convinced by the approach and signed up for another year. In that first period, they set up all the foundations:

With everything in place, Willow and Triniti Solutions started working towards more consistency.
Together with their coach, Rick and Danny created templates and visuals to make Triniti’s brand look polished. They learned how to write for social media and how to fine-tune their messages.
Thanks to regular feedback and encouragement from their coach, they kept the momentum going even when they got overwhelmed with projects.
"We’re not marketers, but Willow made it feel doable," Rick explains. "We got help where we needed it and learned the rest step by step."
In later stages, Triniti also started using Will, Willow’s AI assistant, to help draft engaging content. This gave Rick more freedom to focus on strategy, while still maintaining a high content standard.
Gaining visibility and a new sense of control
After a year of working with Willow, the transformation was clear:
- 5,527 impressions (+215.47%)
- 852 engagements (+235.43%)
- 58 new followers (+187.10%)

Even with a small follower count, Triniti built strong, polished social pages that reflected their professionalism and purpose. They started reaching more people and their engagement is impressive for a small page.
But for Rick, the biggest result wasn’t in the numbers, it was internal.
"Now we know what we’re doing. We’re visible. We’re proud of how we show up. That feeling alone is worth everything."
